GFR P90
This is a guitar originally inspired by Mark Farner's "Messenger" guitar. I initially made it without a cutaway but it didn't really attract interest so I carved in the cutaway, fashioned an acrylic pickguard, and refinished. It's has a sublime cherry top and eastern walnut back with padauk accents in the through neck. The back of the headstock is a steam-bent walnut veneer that gives a unique yet subtle look. The P90s make this guitar an absolute beast. The finish is a finely sanded varnish oil that is soft as can be. It is as comfortable a guitar as you will find. ​All guitars I make come with lifetime maintenance and adjustment to your specification.
